Lean canapés - Snezana Orlović
Lean canapés.
- 300 g of lean (salty, wholemeal, toasted bread or biscuits with olive oil and oregano, the size of one bite.)
- 300 g of lean feta cheese
- 200 g of lean margarine
- 200 g of pitted black olives
- 50 g of red caviar
- 1 small jar of capers
- 200 g of pickled cucumbers
- a few pieces of red pickled peppers (can also be hot)
- a mixture of unroasted nuts (cashews, shelled pistachios, almonds.)
- a little nod
- primrose leaf
- Cut the olives in half and put a caper in each cavity.
- Cut the pickles into smaller rings.
- Cut the pickled pepper into smaller strips.
- Separate the parsley leaves from the sprigs.
- Beat the feta cheese and margarine with a mixer, so that the mass is lump-free.
- Spread the prepared spread on the bread in the shape of a cup.
- Arrange olives and capers alternately on the sides, put a ring of cucumber next to it, then a piece of pepper.
- Take the caviar on the tip of the knife and carefully place it on top of the spread.
- Place a nut on the free side and place 3-4 seeds of cumin on the empty space.
