Posni Rosen cake - two-colored cake gives the perfect taste. Pleasant to the eye but also to the palate.

  • 500 gr Rosen crust
  • 1 l thick peach juice
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g of margarine
  • 100 g of white chocolate
  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 300 g of walnuts (ground)
  • 200 g biscuits (ground)

for the frosting:

  • 150 g of chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 20 g of sugar beads
  1. Put juice and sugar in a suitable container. When it boils, boil the pudding in the usual way. Add vanilla sugar. Remove from heat and immediately add margarine. Knead until melted. Divide into two parts. Put white chocolate and ground biscuits in the first part, and dark chocolate and ground walnuts in the second part.
    Final procedure:
    crust, brown filling, crust, white filling and so on until you use up all the ingredients. 6 tablespoons of filling are enough for one crust.
  2. For the glaze, melt the chocolate with oil over low heat and pour over the entire cake. Decorate with sugar beads.
