- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 400 g flour

- Pour yeast, water, sugar, salt, vinegar and flour into the pan. Combine the ingredients well with a blender.
- The dough should be thicker than pancake mix, if necessary add a little more flour.
- Cover the vangla with nylon or kitchen towel, and leave it in a warm place to rise for about 40 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan. I poured about half a liter of oil. In order to know that the oil is heated enough, put a wooden stick in it. When bubbles start to form around it, you can take it out and start frying.
- Take out the dough with a spoon and fry first on one side, then turn to brown on the other side as well. Dip the spoon first in a glass of cold water, and then in the dough so that it does not stick to it.
- Remove the fried dumplings with a slotted spoon and arrange them on a napkin so that the napkin absorbs the excess fat.
