Lean vanilla puddings - Gvozdena Živković - Recipes and Cookbook online

Lean vanilla snails.

Lean vanilla snails, ingredients:

  • 600 grams of sharp flour
  • 2 vanilla puddings
  • 1 dl of oil
  • 3 dl of soy milk
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 cube of yeast

To coat:

  • 100 grams of margarine for spreading

For sprinkling:

  • 2 spoons of granulated sugar

Lean vanilla snails, preparation:

  • Heat the soy milk a little, add the sugar and stir until it dissolves. Then add yeast, dissolve it in milk with sugar.
  • Mix the powder of two vanilla puddings, vanilla sugar and oil into the flour. Add milk with yeast and sugar and knead the dough. Leave it for half an hour. Knead the dough, divide it into 4 equal parts. Roll out each part into a rectangle. Coat each developed crust with margarine and stack one on top of the other. Roll out the crusts arranged in this way with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1/2 cm. Spread the developed crust with the rest of the margarine. Wrap it in a roll and cut circles 2 cm thick.
  • Arrange in a tray, sprinkle with granulated sugar. Leave it in a warm place for about fifteen minutes so that it rises a little.
  • Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  • You can serve them hot or cold, they are very tasty and fragrant.
