  1. I cleaned them and used a white medium.
  2. She put it to boil in seasoned water. I didn't add a lot of water, just enough to soak the artichoke pieces. Otherwise, when I harvest vegetables, I like to season them immediately because then they will be much tastier.
  3. When they fell, I strained them and put them in the blender, but I saved the water, to slowly add it to the blender, until I get the desired consistency of potash.
  4. While they were simmering, I added salt, black onion and garlic powder.
  5. While the potash was mixing, I added half a teaspoon of turmeric and lemon juice to give it just a little sour taste.
Some types of vegetables, if they are seasoned only after cooking, cannot get the desired taste, for this reason I always season them while cooking.
