Spinach and egg white potage - Jadranka Blažić
Spinach and egg white potage.
- 100 g of spinach
- 60 ml of egg white
- so
- beaver
- spices
- 200 ml of water
- I made potaz from spinach and eggs very simply and quickly.
- I put 200 grams of finely chopped spinach to boil in 100 ml of water.
- When it boiled, I added 60ml of egg whites (2 egg whites) and seasoned with a little salt, pepper, black and garlic powder.
- I mixed all that in a blender and got a wonderful, tasty potash.
Since this is a dish for dinner, it only has spinach and egg white because it's an ideal combination, one type of green vegetable and a light protein. For lunch, there could be more types and colors of vegetables.
