Asparagus potage.
- 150 g of asparagus (chopped)
- 150 ml of squeezed sargarep juice
- 1 piece baby sargarep (fresh)
- so

- spices
- I boiled the asparagus in a little water. I salted the water and seasoned it with black and garlic powder, salt, pepper, chopped green leaves, but I threw that water away.
- I put the asparagus in a blender with the juice of the sorghum and blended it on the strongest setting.
- I poured it into a plate and sprinkled it with grated baby sargarep on top. Nothing easier, nothing faster and more beautiful.
