- Today was the day to stay out of the house, so last night this wonderful stew of various vegetables was quickly prepared. Vegetables were literally picked up from the refrigerator and a beautiful dish was prepared for today's lunch.
- The base is a lot of purple onions to stew and then add the vegetables you have.
