Vegetables with meat - a delicious lunch with vegetables and minced meat.
- 200 g of minced meat
- 1 piece of carrot
- 1 piece of zucchini (small)
- 1 piece of paprika
- 70 g of sweet corn
- 50 ml of sour cream
- 50 ml of soup from a bag
- 1 piece of onion

- Fry the finely chopped onion in an oiled pan, then add the minced meat.
- Stir and fry a little more with the addition of salt, pepper and a little ground coriander, then pour into a lightly oiled pan.
- In the meantime, slice the sliced peppers and carrots, and when the vegetables soften a little, add the sweet corn.
- Spread the chopped vegetables over the minced meat, then add the chopped zucchini with a mixture of cream and soup, pour over the meat and vegetables and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
this recipe does not require much time because it is baked in the oven
