Pralines - forest secret - the real pleasure is the combination of orange and powdered milk in chocolate...

  • 150 g of sugar (powdered)
  • 125 g of margarine
  • 200 g of milk (in powder)
  • 0,5 piece of orange (frozen)

To cover the praying mantis:

  • 150 g of chocolate (dark for eating and cooking)
  • 125 g of margarine
  • 150 g of chocolate (white)
  1. Beat margarine and powdered sugar well, then add powdered milk and frozen and grated orange.
    Melt the chocolate and margarine and pour half a teaspoon into each mold - leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes. then fill with praying mantis filling.
    While the praying mantises are in the fridge, prepare the filling...make small balls that are rolled in coconut. Do this until the prepared material is used up.
    Then put one white ball in each mold and cover with melted chocolate and let the pralines harden well...

Both white and dark chocolate can be used to coat the molds, and this mass yields quite a lot of pralines....
