Appetizer with feta, necessary ingredients for the dough
- 150 ml of yogurt
- 150 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 50 g of fresh yeast
- 5 tablespoon flour
- 1 kg of flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 ml of oil
- 200 ml of warm water
- salt to taste (1 or 2 teaspoons)
For the dough filling:
- 300g of feta cheese
To coat:
- 1 unbeaten egg white
For sprinkling:
- 3 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds
To coat the developed noodles:
- 150 g butter
Skewers with Feta
Also required:
- 200 g of feta cheese
- 300 g cherry tomatoes of various colors
- 5 tablespoon of olive oil
- coarse sea salt half a teaspoon
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- spoon of Mediterranean herbs
- a few wooden sticks
Appetizer with feta, preparation:
- Cut the feta into cubes.
- Wash the tomatoes and wipe them with a paper towel.
- Put tomatoes and feta in a bowl, pour olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over it. Sprinkle with a mixture of herbs and add salt and stir gently.
- Place feta cubes on a skewer and add a couple of fresh basil leaves if you have tomatoes.
- Arrange on a plate and serve with žuju scones.
