Appetizer with feta.

Appetizer with feta, necessary ingredients for the dough

  • 150 ml of yogurt
  • 150 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 50 g of fresh yeast
  • 5 tablespoon flour
  • 1 kg of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 200 ml of warm water
  • salt to taste (1 or 2 teaspoons)

For the dough filling:

  • 300g of feta cheese

To coat:

  • 1 unbeaten egg white

For sprinkling:

  • 3 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds

To coat the developed noodles:

  • 150 g butter

Skewers with Feta

Also required:

  • 200 g of feta cheese
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes of various colors
  • 5 tablespoon of olive oil
  • coarse sea salt half a teaspoon
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • spoon of Mediterranean herbs
  • a few wooden sticks

Appetizer with feta, preparation:

  • Cut the feta into cubes.
  • Wash the tomatoes and wipe them with a paper towel.
  • Put tomatoes and feta in a bowl, pour olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over it. Sprinkle with a mixture of herbs and add salt and stir gently.
  • Place feta cubes on a skewer and add a couple of fresh basil leaves if you have tomatoes.
  • Arrange on a plate and serve with žuju scones.
