Now, using what I do best - and that's amazing food - I want to give you a book that will inspire you and enable you to live your healthiest, happiest and most productive life possible. Food exists to be enjoyed, celebrated and shared, and a healthy, nutritious diet should be varied, tasty and enjoyable.”

"This book contains many recipes for complete, balanced meals that will fill you up and tickle your taste buds at the same time, and thanks to the fact that I have put a lot of effort into studying the world of nutrition, you can be sure that, whichever recipe you choose, you will not go wrong. It is enough to adopt only a few ideas from this book and you will already change your attitude about food, and along the way you will gain enough knowledge to be able to make the right decisions when it comes to nutrition."

About Jamie Oliver:

Jamie Oliver started cooking at his parents' pub, the Cricketers, in Clavering, Essex, when he was eight. After leaving school, he devoted himself to cooking, which eventually led him to the River Café restaurant, where he caught the eye of a well-known television production team - thus the series The Naked Chef was born.

In 2001, Jamie finished the series The Naked Chef and opened the restaurant Fifteen in London, which still offers young people the opportunity to gain knowledge in the field of catering. A few years later he led a campaign to change the quality of meals in British schools, which led to significant changes in the school food system. His foundation runs the Fifteen restaurant and the aforementioned training program in London, as well as Fifteen sister restaurants in Cornwall and Amsterdam, and also organizes practical culinary skills programs at Jamie's Ministry of Food centers in the UK and Australia. Jamie has also come up with a special subject for secondary schools, Jamie's Home Cooking Skills, as well as a program to introduce elementary school students to the basics of growing vegetables and cooking. The foundation also works across the US to introduce nutrition education programs to schools, businesses and local associations, using partnerships to involve as many people as possible in those programs.

Jamie's restaurants include Barbecoa and a chain of Jamie's Italian restaurants in the UK and abroad. A wide range of its food and other products is popular in all corners of the world.

He regularly writes articles for his Jamie magazine, appears on YouTube channels Oliver's Food Tube and Drinks Tube, has five award-winning apps and has published sixteen best-selling cookbooks to date, each of which has been accompanied by television shows. Jamie lives in London and Essex with his wife, Jules, and their children, Poppy, Daisy, Petal, Buddy and Rivera.
