We present traditional recipes: casserole (or on a casserole - a dish made of green beans, potatoes, peppers and tomatoes), a recipe taken from the book Traditional recipes of domestic Serbian cuisine.

Ingredients (for 2 people)
3 heads of onion, 0,5 kg of potatoes, 300 g of yellow green beans (butter or pencil), 6 peppers (green and red), 2 large tomatoes, 3 spoons of fat, ground paprika (sweet and hot).
Preparation (15 minutes, baking about 60 minutes)
Cut the onion into ribs, potatoes into slices, three peppers and green beans into larger pieces, tomatoes into rings. Put onions, potatoes, green beans and chopped peppers in a pan or a round earthen pot. Salt the ingredients, sprinkle with sweet and hot ground paprika and mix well. Arrange tomato rings on top and place the remaining whole peppers. Then put 3 spoons of fat and pour water to cover it. Cover and bake in a heated oven for about an hour at 200 degrees.
