Topped pie with cheese - I saw sour cream in the fridge, so it occurred to me to make something savory, but what?! The taste of a pie prepared this way is different than when all the ingredients are combined immediately.
- 2 eggs (larger)
- 2 dl sour cream
- 1 cup flour (from 2 dl)
- 0,33 cups of wheat semolina
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 0,5 teaspoons of salt
For topping:
- 1 piece of egg
- 200 g of feta cheese
- 1 dl of sour water
- First, turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
- Line a 27 cm diameter mold with baking paper.
- For the dough, mix all the listed ingredients and pour them into the mold.
- Bake for ten minutes, in a heated oven.
For dressing
- For the topping, beat the egg, cheese and sparkling water.
- Remove the mold from the oven, prick the dough with a fork, pour over the pre-whipped mixture and bake for about 15 minutes.
You can add spices of your choice to the dough and/or filling.
