Priganice, traditional recipes - old pot, old lid (eh, if a sherpa could talk). My grandmother made almost everything: flour, water, salt and that was it.

Preparations, ingredients:

  • 400 g of flour,
  • 200 g of buckwheat flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and
  • lukewarm water if necessary.

Priganice, preparation:

  • Mix both types of flour, add salt, and add lukewarm water while stirring constantly. The dough should be soft. Let the dough rest for ten minutes.
  • Pour oil or fat for frying into a deep pan and heat it well. Take out the dough with an oiled spoon and drop it into hot oil or fat. Shake the pan so that the tongs turn by themselves or turn them with a spoon.
  • Arrange the fried dumplings on a napkin so that the napkin absorbs the excess fat.
