Recipe for princess donuts.
Princess donuts, ingredients:
- 250 ml of water
- 100 ml of oil
- a bit of salt
- 150 g flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 4 eggs
For the filling:
- 1 liter of milk
- 5 egg yolks
- 10 spoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons (full) of flour
- 3 spoons (full at the top) of density
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
And more:
- powder sugar
Princess donuts, preparation:
- Bring water, oil and a little salt (on top of a teaspoon) to a boil.
- Remove from the stove, add flour and baking powder, mix.
- When it cools down, add the eggs, one by one, and mix with a whisk.
- When a smooth dough is formed, use a teaspoon to take out donuts the size of a smaller walnut and arrange them spaced apart (because they grow a lot) in a baking tray, greased or lined with baking paper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven heated to 200 degrees. Reduce the temperature (to 150 degrees), but do not open the oven during baking.
- Put sugar and vanilla sugar in 800 ml of milk and heat (but do not boil).
- Beat the egg yolks, add 200 ml of milk, thickener and flour and mix well (so that there are no lumps).
- Add the mixture to the heated milk and cook until it thickens, stirring constantly.
- Cut the cooled donuts in half and fill with the cooled filling.
- Sprinkle the powder with sugar.
- Enjoy the taste!
