Princess donuts, ingredients:

  • Bark:
  • 120 g of flour
  • 120 g of fat or oil
  • 1,2 dl of water
  • 6 eggs
  • File:
  • 2 dl sweet sour cream
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 2-3 spoons of sugar
  • 150 g of strawberries
  • a little powdered sugar

Princess donuts, preparation:

  1. Put water, fat or oil in a suitable container and boil.
  2. Add flour and, stirring constantly, cook at a moderate temperature until the mixture comes together.
  3. Then remove the mass from the heat and let it cool a little.
  4. Add one egg at a time to the cooled mixture, stirring constantly.
  5. Cover the tray with baking paper and place small piles with a small spoon. There should be a space between them, because the dough will double in size.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  7. The oven should not be opened frequently during baking, as this slows down the growth of the doughnuts.
  8. Donuts should be golden yellow in color.
  9. Beat the sweet cream with vanilla sugar and sugar.
  10. When the baked donuts have cooled a little, carefully cut them in half.
  11. Fill the lower half with the beaten slaw to a height of about 5 cm.
  12. Divide the cut strawberries into pieces according to the arrangement and place the top half and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
