Princess donuts with whipped cream and strawberries - Zuzana Grnja
Princess donuts, ingredients:
- Bark:
- 120 g of flour
- 120 g of fat or oil
- 1,2 dl of water
- 6 eggs
- File:
- 2 dl sweet sour cream
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2-3 spoons of sugar
- 150 g of strawberries
- a little powdered sugar
Princess donuts, preparation:
- Put water, fat or oil in a suitable container and boil.
- Add flour and, stirring constantly, cook at a moderate temperature until the mixture comes together.
- Then remove the mass from the heat and let it cool a little.
- Add one egg at a time to the cooled mixture, stirring constantly.
- Cover the tray with baking paper and place small piles with a small spoon. There should be a space between them, because the dough will double in size.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- The oven should not be opened frequently during baking, as this slows down the growth of the doughnuts.
- Donuts should be golden yellow in color.
- Beat the sweet cream with vanilla sugar and sugar.
- When the baked donuts have cooled a little, carefully cut them in half.
- Fill the lower half with the beaten slaw to a height of about 5 cm.
- Divide the cut strawberries into pieces according to the arrangement and place the top half and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
