Recipe for princess donuts - Recipes and Cookbook online

Recipe for princess donuts, one of the favorite treats...

Donuts:

  • 2,5 dl of water
  • 140 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 60 g of butter
  • 60 g density
  • 6 pieces of eggs
  • salt (little)

File:

  • 5 dl of milk
  • 300 g of whipped cream
  • 1 bag of vanilla pudding
  • 50 g of powdered sugar

Donuts:

  1. Add water to the cooking pot and let it heat up on a medium temperature. Add butter and salt to the heated water and let it boil. When the water has boiled, remove the pot from the heat. Add the flour mixed with the thickener all at once. Return to the fire and stir until the mixture thickens. Add beaten eggs to the mass and mix until the mass becomes smooth. Add baking powder and mix until the mass is uniform.
  2. Scoop out walnut-sized pieces of dough with a spoon into a greased and floured baking sheet and arrange them with a gap. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C until the donuts get a golden yellow crust. During baking, do not open the oven door because the donuts will not rise enough.

  1. While the donuts are baking, make the filling. Cook the vanilla pudding according to package directions. Leave it to cool and stir in the whipped cream. Stir to even out the mass of the filling.

Serving:

  1. When the donuts are baked and cooled, cut them in half and fill them with cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
