This project consists of collecting and promoting recipes of traditional Serbian home cooking on websites Recipes and Cookbook online (https://recepti-kuvar.rs) of the Traditional recipes (http://tradicionalnirecepti.net), and book publishing Traditional recipes of domestic Serbian cuisine, which will be printed in Serbian and English, and the name in English will be: Traditional Serbian Cookbook.

Who will this book be for?
To all! Tourists, whether they plan to spend their vacation in Serbia, or to visit Serbia for work. Diasporas, so that everyone who is warmed by the "Sun of another's sky...", remember some of the forgotten dishes and "feed" their nostalgia, as well as to give a copy of the book to a dear person with great pride to show what kind of country they come from. For experienced chefs, as well as inexperienced beginners, who will have the opportunity to test their knowledge after reading this book.
The book will be printed in two languages, Serbian and English. In addition to approximately 100 recipes, the book will provide information on the history of cooking and food culture in Serbia, as well as the importance of traditional food preparation (simmering, simmering, cooking, stewing...) on human health.

Dear Sirs,
Hereby, we would like to inform you that the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, as the largest association of businesses that promotes domestic products through its activities and events, gives full support to the realization of your project.
Traditional recipes of local cuisine are an important part of the intangible cultural heritage of every nation. In the list of elements of the intangible cultural heritage of the Republic of Serbia, in addition to old crafts, folk customs, songs and dances, along with the naive painting of the Slovaks, there are also Belmuž, the making of Pirot cheese, and Pazar mantija (traditional preparation method). These elements are important for the preservation of national identity, but they are also an indispensable part of various tourist products.
The project of collecting and promoting traditional recipes of domestic Serbian cuisine through the portal Recepti i Kuvar online and the publication of the book Traditional recipes of domestic Serbian cuisine will introduce new elements into the tourism offer of Serbia. We also estimate that it will enable better visibility of the cultural, culinary and customary history of these areas, which will aim to better inform individuals and business entities in the country and abroad.
The Serbian Chamber of Commerce and its members will actively participate in the implementation of your project through institutional, organizational and logistical support. Through the regional chamber system, we will bring your project closer to potential bearers of traditional recipes of Serbian cuisine, in order to enrich your portals.
We will be pleased to contribute to a high-quality and comprehensive edition of the book and enrich the portal with new recipes.
