Prizren Tespista, ingredients:

  • 250 ml of water
  • 250 ml of oil
  • 3 cups of 250 ml flour
  • 250 g of walnuts
  • 1/2 baking powder

Sherbet:

  • 250 ml of water
  • 500 g of sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar

Prizren tespišta, preparation:

  • Boil the water and oil, then when it boils, add the flour, stir and combine everything well and cool it a little (so that the mass can be kneaded).
  • Then add 250 g of walnuts and half of the baking powder to the cooled mass.
  • Mix everything well and put it in a pan (thickness of the dough of the little finger)...
  • Cut into the desired cubes and bake at 180 C for about 30 min.
  • Pour hot sherbet over the cooled tespišta.
