Belgrade, 20.02.2019.- in rooms Experience Center, the final evaluation was held and the best traditional recipes of domestic Serbian cuisine were announced.
The finalists of the competition for the selection of the best traditional recipe were evaluated by an expert jury composed of Dragan Đorđević, president (Association of Authentic Hedonists - AAH!), Srba Jovanović, deputy president (founder of the Balkan Cheese festival), Miodrag Ilić, vice president (responsible editor of the Recipes and Kuvar online portal ), Dragana Ilić, member (editor of the book Traditional recipes of Serbian cuisine), Kristina Gašpar, member (gastro editor of the book Traditional recipes of Serbian cuisine and initiator of the blog Domaćica za vas) and Dejan Ilić, member (professional chef and carving master).
The contest for the selection of the best traditional recipe of domestic Serbian cuisine was launched on the Recipes and Kuvar online portal on November 1, 2018 and lasted until December 31, 2018.
All finalists received valuable gifts from the organizers, and the first three, best rated by the jury, received special diplomas. At the end of the announcement, a cocktail party was held, so everyone present could try all the delicacies that were the subject of evaluation, paired with wines from the Trilogy winery.

According to the votes of the guests present, the audience award was won by Gvozdena Živković's recipe for roasted potatoes.
The organizers of the announcement were the portal Recipes and Cookbook online, Association of Authentic Hedonists i Balkan Cheese Festival, with the support of companies Skills doo i Linkom-PC doo.
