Proja from leafy kale (kale).

  • 3 pieces of leafy kale
  • 150 g of pressed sunka
  • 1 spoon of ajvar
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 2 spoons of sour milk
  • 250 g of kamut flour
  • 20 g of baking powder
  • 150 ml of water
  1. Wash the kale, peel it from the stem and chop it finely.
  2. I used pressed ham, but you can also use chicken breast. Cut into small cubes as for Russian salad.
  3. Crack the eggs into a zinnia and add all the other ingredients and mix well. When you mix everything well, check if the consistency is sufficient. So, if it's clear, add another tablespoon of flour, if it's very thick, maybe add another 50ml of water.
  4. The thickness should be the same as for everything else that we prepare in the style of chrono bread and muffins, so that it falls hard from the pan.
