This proja with crackling goes with yogurt or sour milk, but also with fresh cream and spring onions.

  • 1 kg of proj flour
  • 1 l of water
  • 1 tablespoon of pork fat
  • 250 g cracklings
  • salt (optional)
  1. Combine all the ingredients, adding them to the water, stirring gently. The mass must be of medium density.
  2. Combine the mass using a blender or mixer.
  3. Pour the prepared mass into a baking dish, so that the thickness is about 2 fingers and bake at 180 C for 45-50 minutes.
