Proja with nettle - any dish prepared with nettle is healthy, and even with the addition of various seeds and the mixing of several types of flour.
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 spoons of ground flax
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 0,5 teaspoons of pepper
- 3 pieces of egg
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 spoons of sour cream
- 100 gr. of cheese
- 200 gr. nettles
- 1 onion
- 1 piece of carrot
- Peel and grate the carrot, finely chop the onion.
- Wash the nettle well, blanch and finely chop.
- Mix both types of flour, baking powder, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, add yogurt, sour cream and cheese. Add carrot, onion and nettle to the mixture. Then gently mix the dry ingredients into the mixture.
- Cover the baking tray with baking paper and pour the mixture. Bake for 20-25 min. at 200 degrees.
