Proja with pumpkin seeds.
Proja, ingredients:
- 400 g of corn grits,
- 220 ml of lukewarm water (in which 1/2 bag of baking powder has been mixed),
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- grease for greasing the pan,
- and pumpkin seeds.
Ingredients, preparation:
- Pour warm water with stirred baking powder into the corn grits and add one teaspoon of salt. The mass should be slightly thicker than pancake batter.
- Mix it all and pour it into a greased pan (I sprinkled pumpkin seeds on top)
- Place in a heated oven at 220 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
