Proja.
Proja, ingredients:
- 4 eggs,
- salt to taste
- 8 tablespoons of corn grits,
- 8 tablespoons of white flour,
- 2 dl yogurt,
- half a cup of oil,
- pumpkin seeds, sesame, flax (to taste),
- 1 baking powder i
- 500 g of small cheese.
Eating, preparing:
- Beat the eggs a little with a fork, add salt, cornmeal, flour, yogurt, oil, pumpkin seeds, sesame, flax, cheese and finally baking powder.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees, grease the pan and sprinkle with flour.
- Bake until nicely browned.
- Serve with yogurt, sour milk...
