- 4 pieces of eggs
- 4 cups of cornmeal
- 2 cups of white flour
- 2 cups oil
- 2,5 cups of milk
- salt (little)
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 400 gr. of cheese
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. With a little salt, beat them into solid snow. Separately beat the egg yolks with milk and oil, and add baking powder, corn and white flour. Mix the ingredients with a mixer to get a uniform mixture. Crumble the cheese, add it to the dough, and finally add the egg white snow. Mix slowly with a whisk. Grease and sprinkle with flour a suitable baking pan and then pour the mixture for baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C until golden brown.
