Projara cake.
Projara cake, ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 100 g of flour,
- 50 g semolina,
- 150 g of corn grits,
- 1 dl of sour water,
- 2 dl yogurt,
- 200 g of cheese,
- salt to taste,
- 1 baking powder i
- 1 dl of oil.
Projara cake, preparation:
- Beat eggs, add salt, flour, semolina, corn semolina, sour water, yogurt, small cheese, oil and finally, baking powder.
- Mix everything well, heat the oven to 210 degrees.
- Line a round, smaller pan with baking paper, pour the mixture and put it to bake.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, depending on the oven.
- Use a wooden stick to check whether the proja is cooked.
- Enjoy every bite!
