Projice with rye flour - hot breakfast or cold dinner? Without turning on the mixer, whip, pour, bake and enjoy the wonderful dishes.
- 2 dl of milk
- 2 pieces of egg
- 2 dl of water
- 2 dl oil
- 2 cups corn flour
- 1 cup of rye flour
- 2 cups of white flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 20 g sesame seeds (for sprinkling)
- Pour milk, water, oil, salt, add eggs, oil and all the flour mixed with baking powder into a suitable container. Beat the mixture with a whisk. It is not necessary to beat with a mixer. Fill silicone muffins with this mixture. 1 tablespoon of filling is enough. sprinkle with flax seeds. Bake at 220 C for 15 minutes.
