Projice with seeds.
- 3 pieces of egg
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
- 0,5 l yogurt (thick)
- 100 ml of oil
- 150 g of spelled flour
- 150 g of corn flour
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds (ground)
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1 cup of fenugreek seeds
- 150 g of small cheese
- 1 bag of baking powder
and more:
- linseed
- sunflower seeds
- Golica seeds
- Beat eggs, add Himalayan salt, thick yogurt, oil (olive from pomace), corn and spelled flour and baking powder, one teaspoon each of sunflower and fenugreek seeds and one teaspoon of ground flaxseed. Mix, add cheese and mix with a spoon. Pour into a cake mold. Put the seeds on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C. I got 2 x 12 pieces of prosciutto from this quantity.
- Serve warm. Pleasant!
