Projice with cheese and leek - great.
Projice with cheese and leek, ingredients:
- 300 g of leeks
- 1 tablespoons of oil
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 75 ml of oil
- 125 ml of yogurt
- 125 ml of carbonated water
- 150 g of corn flour
- 100 g of wheat flour
- 0,5 piece of baking powder
- 150 g of cheese (small)
- so

- sesame (seeds)
Projice with cheese and leek, preparation:
- Fry the chopped leek in 1 tablespoon of oil until it softens and leave to cool.
- Beat 2 eggs, add oil, carbonated water, yogurt, corn and wheat flour, baking powder and small cheese.
- Put the mass in a muffin tin, previously greased with oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
