Broccoli from the pan - I don't often have the opportunity to come across such a small cabbage. These are really the size of smaller marbles.

I especially like them because they have a completely different taste and I never felt any bitterness. These little ones have a sweet taste and remind me a lot of kohlrabi.

Brussels sprouts from the pan Jadranka Blazic recipes and cookbook online

Broccoli from a frying pan - I don't often have the opportunity to come across such small brussels sprouts.

  • 200 g of sprouts
  • so
  • beaver
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • chives (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil
  1. This time I prepared them in a pan because they are small and ready quickly. I cleaned the cabbage nicely, if there is any leaf to hide or the root to cut off a little.
  2. Washed and drained them.
  3. I poured some grape seed oil into the pan and heated it up before I put the Brussels sprouts in it.
  4. On a "quiet" fire and covered, I first fried them a little myself, then salted them to my own taste, peppered them, added black and garlic powder and chopped chives. I didn't add water at all because there was no need, but if needed, feel free to add water or soups. The whole time they were installed, they were covered. Broccoli is small and was quickly strung and prepared as a prologue.
If the Brussels sprouts are a bit larger, cut them in half or quarters. And if it has bitterness, be sure to soak it first for a few minutes in water, to which you have added a little squeezed lemon.
