Broccoli with bacon - Zuzana Grnja
- 1 kg of Brussels sprouts
- 150 g of Hamburg bacon
- 2-3 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1,5 dl of water
- so

- dry herbal spice
- Wash the cabbage well under running water, then cut it in half and the sargarep into rings. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Reduce the temperature and add the cabbage, turnips, both types of onions and season.
- Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until the sprouts are soft. Serve with French fries.
