Spring cake, ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup of kefir or yogurt
- 1/2 cup of oil (the measure for everything is a cup with a volume of 250 ml)
- half a teaspoon of baking soda + half a teaspoon of baking powder
- salt, pepper
- vegetables
Spring cake, preparation:
- Knead the dough, stretch it into the desired shape.
- Coat the surface of the dough with oil, sprinkle with coarse salt and arrange the vegetables.
- Bake in a preheated oven until the cake starts to change color.
