Spring salad - Ljiljana Stanković
Spring salad.
- 1 green salad
- 1 glass of sour sheep's milk
- 1 boiled egg
- 2 cloves of young garlic
- spoon of oil
- so
- ground black pepper
- sprig of spring onion
- Mash the egg yolk in a deep dish, and finely chop the young garlic. Salt, pepper and add oil. Add the chopped green salad and cover it all with sour milk. Grate the egg white on top. Garnish with scallions and radishes.
Instead of sour milk, you can use yogurt or sour cream
