Spring rolls - Dragana Skular
Spring Rolls – Crispy, delicious spring rolls… with a nice dip…
- One package of pie crust
- 200 gr. minced meat
- 200 gr. champignons
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 paprika
- 3 young onions
- 150 gr. cauliflower
- 150 gr. cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Ingredients needed for the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
- juice of half a lemon
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce

- Cut all the vegetables into sticks.
- Fry onions and meat in a little oil, then add carrots, then mushrooms, cabbage, zucchini, peppers, cauliflower, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Fry until all the liquid evaporates.

- You will get two long strips.
- Place the filling on the lower edge of the strip, fold the crust to 2 cm from the left and right sides, and roll up the roll, and coat the upper edge of the roll with water to make the dough stick.
- Fry in deep oil that you have heated at a medium temperature.
- You can drain the rolls on an oven wire that you have placed in the tray, and then transfer them to a paper towel.
- You will see that they are not greasy.
- Make sure that the oil is well heated, because if it is not, the rolls will absorb a lot of oil.
- The sauce is prepared very simply: squeeze the juice of half a lemon, mix it with sugar, add soy sauce and ketchup, a little hot allspice and that's all.
