Fried chicken liver.
- 600 g of chicken liver
- 2 onions
- flour (if needed)
- dry herb seasoning (to taste)
- oil (if needed)
- Wash and dry the chicken liver and then season it with vegetables. Roll each piece of liver well in flour and arrange it in a well-dried pan in which you previously poured oil to cover the bottom.
- The most important thing is to fry the liver directly in cold oil. In the spaces between the liver and over it, arrange the onion cut into larger pieces.
- Cover the pan, put it on the stove and only then turn it on.
- When the oil heats up and the liver begins to fry, wait 5 minutes and then turn the pieces of liver over.
- Repeat the process every 5 minutes until the liver is ready. It takes about twenty minutes to fry. When it's ready, serve it on a plate and serve it with a side dish of your choice.
