Fried pork liver in tomato sauce - delicious!

  • 400 g of pork liver
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 2 dl tomato sauce
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 0,5 piece of bell pepper (fresh red)
  • 1 piece of soup cube
  • landing
  • 1 tablespoon mixed spices
  • so
  • black pepper (ground)
  1. Mix the flour with the ground red pepper.
  2. Cut the liver into pieces, roll it in flour and fry it briefly in oil, then take it out on a plate.
  3. Add more oil to the pan and fry the onion that you previously chopped finely.
  4. Add fresh red pepper cut into strips and fry everything together. Add tomato sauce and cubed soup.
  5. Return the liver and let it simmer for about 40 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and add the spice mix.
  7. Serve while warm with mashed potatoes.
