Fried sausages - Ivana Pešić
- 500 g hot sausages
- 1 onion
- 2 price of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
- 150 g of mushrooms
- 1 turnip
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, the turnips and sausages into semicircles, and the mushrooms into leaves. Fry the sausages in a wok in a little oil until they change color, then add the chopped vegetables. at the end of roasting, add thyme and a little salt.
