Fried hake with dressing.

Fried hake with dressing, ingredients:

  • 1 kg of hake
  • salt to taste
  • if necessary, flour
  • if necessary, oil for frying

Dressing for fried fish:

  • 2 lemons
  • a bit of salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Fried white hake with dressing, preparation

  • Clean the fish and cut it into pieces. Add salt.
  • Roll each piece of fish in flour on all sides.
  • Fry the fish on hot oil on all sides until it gets a golden-yellow color.
  • Place the pieces of fish on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

Dressing for fish:

  • Clean and finely chop the garlic and parsley. Add salt. Add lemon juice and oil. Mix it up.
  • Serve with fried fish.
