White or dark brown chia seeds are very healthy, rich in proteins, vitamins A, B, EID, as well as minerals calcium, iron, potassium and zinc. If we don't have chia seeds, we can replace them with ground flax.

Pudding with chia seeds - this is a perfect healthy breakfast, so it is best to prepare the pudding in the evening, leave it in the fridge and use it in the morning.

  • 300 g of black currants (you can also use raspberries, strawberries, red currants, blackberries)
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 3 dcl yogurt (thick)
  1. Place currants, chia seeds, coconut, honey and yogurt in a blender. Blend until the mass is combined, place in bowls, decorate with blackcurrant fruits and mint leaves, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour and use.
It is best to prepare it with Greek yogurt, if we don't have some thick yogurt.
