Pudding for babies - classic pudding is not recommended for babies because of the sugar, but that doesn't stop you from making your own version of it. Baby will enjoy it just as much.
- 0,125 vanilla pods (piece)
- 200 ml of water
- 4 teaspoons of corn flour
- 2 teaspoons of rice flour
- 0,25 pieces of banana (mashed)
- Put vanilla in the water, let it boil and then let it stand for about 30 minutes.
- Remove the vanilla pod. (Some wash it under running water, dry it and use it several times because it's not cheap, and you do as you wish).
- In a small cup, mix corn and rice flour in warm water until you get the color and texture of milk.
- Bring the water in which the vanilla was submerged to a boil, and then gradually pour in the sifted flour until the desired consistency. Like a thin pudding (it will thicken as it cools).
- Mash the banana and mix into the pudding. Wait for it to cool down and you can add a little breast or formula milk as needed.
Check the temperature and serve to the baby.
