Stuffed eggs - I often prepare stuffed eggs for various celebrations. I determine the quantities of ingredients randomly, so I advise you to do the same. Because as you already know - no two eggs are the same 😉

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 spoons of ajvar
  • 0,5 teaspoons of mustard
  • mayonnaise (if needed, optional)

to taste:

  • so
  • beaver
  • Origan
  • crushed hot pepper
  • garlic powder
  1. If you are a fan of meat products, you can first put some finely chopped kulen on the bottom, and then fill it with an egg.
  2. Boil the eggs in the usual way - they should be hard-boiled, boil them for 13-15 minutes.
  3. Peel them and cut them in half. Place the egg yolks in a bowl, mash them and add the listed ingredients.
  4. If the taste of ajvar is too strong for you, instead of a spoonful of ajvar, you can put mayonnaise. Determine the amount of ajvar and mayonnaise yourself in order to get a filling of the appropriate firmness.
  5. You can decorate the stuffed eggs with finely chopped red pepper (fresh or pickled) and sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
