Stuffed peppers with soy flakes - Ljiljana Stanković
- 3 onions
- 1 carrot
- 200 years minced meat
- cups lentil flakes
- spice
- so
- landing
- beaver
- parsley
- 1 teaspoon sweet ground paprika
- 1 cups of rice
- 9 large peppers
- 500 ml. water
- SOS:
- 500 ml. pureed tomatoes
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Sauté the onion in a little oil and water together with the grated carrot. Add the meat, soy flakes (soaked in water and strained) and spices. When the meat is stewed, add the rice, spices and salt. Wash the peppers, hollow them out and stuff them with the mixture. Pour water and cook.
- SOS:
- Fry a little flour with oil, add tomatoes, garlic, pour over the peppers and let them simmer a little longer. Put in the oven to roast.
