Stuffed chicken - chicken breast is convenient to prepare, because it is practically naturally divided into portions. To enrich the flavor of the meat, marinate the meat overnight before cooking.

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped olives
  • a clove of garlic
  • spoons of ½ dried herbs (basil (thyme...),)
  • 200 g of cream cheese (can also be feta)
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 4 tomatoes
  • olive oil
  1. Heat the oven to 200°.
  2. Mix chopped olives, crushed garlic and most of the spices with cream cheese.
  3. Cut the sides of the chicken fillets - make a pocket for stuffing. Stuff the chicken fillets with the mixture and press gently to seal.
  4. Arrange them on a tray, add salt and pepper. Arrange the tomato rings on top of the chicken and sprinkle the rest of the spices and olive oil on top. If necessary, close the sides with toothpicks.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the chicken acquires color.
