Stuffed meatballs - I was thinking about those wonderful juicy meatballs filled with melted cheese and sun.

Since there is no cheese for lunch for a long time, I thought that it would fit in quite nicely if I filled them with some vegetables. I did not want to eat smoked ham for lunch because it is too salty and retains water in the body. I decided on marinated smoked sundae, from which I really squeeze out all the excess salt because I throw away the water in which it marinated several times.

Stuffed meatballs - I was thinking about those wonderful juicy meatballs filled with melted cheese and sunk.

  • 500 g of minced meat (fine)
  • 1 piece of smoked ham (cooked)
  • 1 piece of yellow pepper

  1. I cut the fresh yellow pepper into very small cubes, as well as the smoked ham.
  2. And it can also be ground on a coarse grater on the machine if you are not used to fine chopping with a knife.
  3. I mixed them with a little pepper, black and garlic powder.
  4. Minced pork meat is ground on the smallest grate. I recommend that you buy already ground meat, because home machines cannot grind it so finely.
  5. The meat should be handled carefully because there is no kneading, just follow the meat "spaghetti" and form two thin patties, and arrange the pepper and ham filling between them and fold one over the other so that the filling remains packed in the middle. Seal the ends so that the filling does not leak out.
  6. Put it on the grill to cook and that's it.
  7. It is very important that the meat is completely free of fat, because then all the meat "spaghetti" is preserved.
  8. You can salt the meat before arranging the vegetables, if you like. I usually eat almost unsalted, so sometimes I forget to write salt in the recipe.
Along with the meatballs, I had a side dish, also according to the chrono principle, ajvar and mashed brussels sprouts.
