Stuffed eggshells for Easter - here's how you can make your children and grandchildren happy with stuffed eggs for the Easter holidays...

FOR 4 CHOCOLATE EGGS:

  • 4 pieces of egg
  • about 100 g of dark chocolate for cooking
  • about 100 g of white chocolate
  • about 20 g of expanded rice (colored)
  • about 30 grams of margarine
  • 1 tablespoons of oil

FOR 4 JELLED EGGS:

  • 2,5 dl yogurt (about 2,5 dl)
  • 0,33 bags of gelatin
  • sugar (to taste)
  • yellow food coloring (a little)
  1. Carefully tap the top of the egg and make an opening, enough to fill with the mixture. Remove the yolk and white completely from the egg, then carefully rinse them well from the inside with hot water and leave them to dry well.
    Melt the dark chocolate with a little margarine and oil. Do the same with the white chocolate.
    Carefully pour a little dark chocolate into the egg shell, leave for 2-3 minutes. to harden, then pour a little white chocolate. Repeat the process until the egg is full, and in the meantime let your chocolates steam. Leave the whole eggs in the fridge to set.
    I added expanded rice to one part of the chocolate and filled the egg shells with it.

  2. Put the yogurt with the sugar to heat up to the boiling point, then remove from the heat. Add previously dissolved gelatin in a little cold water to it and mix everything well. Separate a small part of that mass and add a little yellow flour to it. colors. Leave the masses to gel but not completely so that you can fill the eggs. Now pour a part of the white mass almost halfway into the shell, then insert the yellow part from which you make a yolk-shaped ball, then fill the egg shell with the white mixture to the end. Put the eggs to cool and set in the refrigerator.
