Recipe for stuffed peppers from the oven is a specialty of this region. Stuffed peppers from the oven are served slightly cooled. You can decorate them with parsley leaves.

Stuffed peppers from the oven, ingredients:

  • 600 g of pork
  • 600 g of beef
  • 2 pieces of onion
  • 1 cups of rice
  • 1 teaspoon crushed paprika (hot)
  • so
  • parsley (fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (ground)
  • landing

Stuffed peppers from the oven, preparation:

  • Take 7-8 pieces of fresh peppers (babura) and clean them. If the recipe is prepared in winter, you can use red dried peppers.
  • Clean and wash the rice and let it cook a little.
  • Chop the onion and let it fry until it turns slightly brown.
  • Mix the meat and add the other ingredients: fried onions, partially cooked rice, ground pepper, hot pepper, chopped fresh parsley, salt to taste. Mix everything well.
  • Fill the peppers with the mixture and arrange them in a baking dish.
  • Cover with oil and bake at 180 C for about 40 minutes. While baking, pour the juices that have been released from the peppers.
  • Serve chilled, and you can decorate them with fresh parsley leaves.
