Recipe for stuffed peppers from the oven is a specialty of this region. Stuffed peppers from the oven are served slightly cooled. You can decorate them with parsley leaves.
Stuffed peppers from the oven, ingredients:
- 600 g of pork
- 600 g of beef
- 2 pieces of onion
- 1 cups of rice
- 1 teaspoon crushed paprika (hot)
- so
- parsley (fresh)
- 1 teaspoon pepper (ground)

Stuffed peppers from the oven, preparation:
- Take 7-8 pieces of fresh peppers (babura) and clean them. If the recipe is prepared in winter, you can use red dried peppers.
- Clean and wash the rice and let it cook a little.
- Chop the onion and let it fry until it turns slightly brown.
- Mix the meat and add the other ingredients: fried onions, partially cooked rice, ground pepper, hot pepper, chopped fresh parsley, salt to taste. Mix everything well.
- Fill the peppers with the mixture and arrange them in a baking dish.
- Cover with oil and bake at 180 C for about 40 minutes. While baking, pour the juices that have been released from the peppers.
- Serve chilled, and you can decorate them with fresh parsley leaves.
