Stuffed peppers the chrono way - I also started with the chrono diet... An excellent lunch that you will be happy to prepare 🙂 I am convinced of it 🙂

  • 11 pieces of paprika (for stuffing, babura)
  • 600 g of minced pork
  • 200 ml of pureed tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons of dry herb seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • sea ​​salt (a little)
  • ground pepper (a little)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 twig person
  • 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil (cold pressed)
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  1. Wash the peppers and clean them from the stem and seeds. Finely chop the onion. Fry the onion and bay leaf in oil and add the minced meat. Season with sea salt, Aleva natural spice, ground pepper and at the end of frying, add the alleva pepper.

  2. Fill the peppers with this mixture and arrange them in a fireproof bowl. Fill 10 peppers and cut the remaining one into cubes and use them to close the openings of the peppers so that the filling does not spill.

  3. Pour 100 ml of water into the pot in which the filling was fried, and when it boils, add the pureed tomatoes. Let it boil for about 3 minutes on low heat, then pour over the peppers and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  4. Cover the refractory bowl with aluminum foil and put it in a preheated oven at 220 C. Bake for 35 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Pleasant!
