Stuffed braids - Ivana Pešić
- 500 g of flour
- 2,5 dl of milk
- 1 dl oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 bag of dry yeast
- cocoa cream
- 1 yolk
- Knead the dough from the above ingredients and leave it to rise for 30 minutes. Divide the resulting dough into two parts. Roll each part into a rectangle with a thickness of 0,5 cm. Spread cocoa cream in the middle. Cut the pages left blank on both sides into strips. Alternately overlap the cut strips over the cream to create a braided appearance. Repeat the same procedure with the other part of the test. Coat the braids with egg yolk and bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
